Registration, Rescheduling, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
Registration Policy
Registration for a course can be made via email, website, or through the AHA instructor network.
Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Your seat is not guaranteed until we receive full payment. Payment can be made via website or paypal to cprstatmichigan@gmail.com .
Each student is responsible for registering for the appropriate course. If a student has any questions regarding the CPR/ First Aid requirements needed by their place of employment or educational institution, it is the students' responsibility to seek clarification prior to registering for a course. CPR Stat is not responsible for incorrect course registrations.
Rescheduling Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for the course, you will be asked to reschedule. Due to the nature of the course content, it is in your best interest to reschedule in order to receive the full training.
Rescheduling requests must be received 48 hours prior to course via email or call. Requests received less than 48 hours prior to course will be subject to a $15.00 rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy
Student cancellations made 48 hours prior to course will receive 100% refund.
No refunds will be given for student cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to course, however, CPR Stat will transfer 100% of the registration fee to another course.
CPR Stat reserves the right to cancel courses due to severe weather, low enrollment, or any other situation that may warrant. Students will be informed of any course cancellations. No refunds will be given due to weather cancellations, however, every effort will be made to accommodate students in enrolling in the next available course.
Returned Checks
If your check is returned to us for insufficient funds, you will incur an additional fee of $25.00 before your certificate will be issued. If your check is returned and we issued your certificate in good faith, you will need to send an additional fee of $25.00 along with the original amount immediately. If we are not compensated within 2 weeks then we reserve the right to notify the American Heart Association that the certificate was obtained fraudulently. We also reserve the right to notify your employer or school.
